Waterway rendezvous
I know where I can find you
I haven't been true to you
But lord knows I can try too
Oh, how long
I waited too long
I waited too long
My love in the bayhouse said
"I want you for my own dear"
You don't have to go away just yet
Take my heart and change it
Oh, how long
I waited too long
I waited too long
Just think about you and me
Holding hands by the dock
Just get out to get away
In the bayhouse, it'll be okay
Sitting in the bayhouse sun
I'm all alone without you
I'm going back to where I'm from
There's nothing left for me here
Oh, how long
I waited too long
I waited too long
Stumbled across this great band because of Martha the band and I just love their sometimes melancholy garage-sound.
Also I like the acoustic songs.
I still remember seeing them live in my hometown when they were touring with Erica Freas and asked them for a setlist to have something to remember the great concert.
It´s hanging on my wall since that day :) Ninehundredninetynine
Montreal psych-pop veterans sound as infectious and hypnotic as ever on their seventh LP, slinging jangly riffs and bright vocal harmonies. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 14, 2024
Holy Wave’s Levitation Session is the perfect showcase for their mirage-like sound, with reverby guitars and dreamy vocal melodies. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 10, 2020
such a fun album that feels so comfortable and relatable. I specifically like the intro to this song because I take it as a positive reminder that women are sensual and fun but also strong, independent, and free haha Baylee Nguyen
